THE TIME TO DEPART!
Dear Guest, the Hotel Savoy Palace is open and ready to welcome you. We will do so with responsibility, care and attention above all to safeguard the health of all, yours and that of our staff, who will be dedicated to your stay. The health crisis caused by Covid is presenting us with difficult situations never before imaginable; certainly the ways in which they will be imposed on us will be a little different from the standards to which we have accustomed you, but one thing will certainly not change: our commitment to ensure that you enjoy your holiday in the best possible way. We have prepared an operating manual, in compliance with the protocols drawn up by the health authorities, which provides for new health and safety measures to face this difficult season together, to guarantee you a stay as "COVID-FREE" as possible, but above all to give you even more of a REASON TO GO and choose our beautiful Lake Garda and our hospitality for your holiday. Access to the Hotel

Access to the hotel will only be allowed after measuring your body temperature at the entrance; if it is higher than 37.5 C° you will NOT be allowed to enter the hotel. In the common areas and in the lift, it is compulsory to respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 metre; the interpersonal distance does not apply to members of the same family group or cohabitants, nor to persons occupying the same room and for those accompanying children under 6 years of age or persons with disabilities. Guests must always wear a mask in enclosed common areas, including lifts. In open communal areas, the mask must be worn except when sitting at least 1 metre away from other people. In order to avoid being at reception as much as possible: by the day before your arrival date, you will be asked to send the personal details of all the people who will be staying; once you arrive at the hotel, you will receive the keys to access your room and all the information you need for the best possible stay in the hotel and beyond.

The Breakfast

An important new feature, in compliance with health indications and the protection of all our guests and staff, will be dedicated to breakfast and catering in general: - Unfortunately, the traditional buffet will no longer be allowed, so you will find an alternative formula that will still allow you a good choice of products; - all tables will be positioned at a safe distance from each other and each person will have to respect the distance of 1 metre even at their own table; - having to guarantee a certain distance between the tables and the guests and given the space available, it is very likely that on the busiest days the breakfast service will be carried out by reservation and consequently respecting certain times; - all staff will be equipped with disposable masks and will respect the change according to healthy protocols
